The strength of our working model lies in the holistic structural approach we take to ensure mixed-use properties. Three-dimensional property registration provides an opportunity to incorporate shops, offices and housing in the same buildning, but with different owners. On this basis, we can create larger contexts and coordinate which operations are to be included. We build truly mixed-use urban areas. With a plan for developing the whole area, we also improve the environment on the streets and squares, with the overarching ambition of giving the local neighbourhood an exciting mix of experiences, businesses, culture, shops, restaurants and services. We call this working model neighbourhood development and it has a clear focus on getting the city to flourish as the dynamic and vibrant place it was always intended to be.
